Basic and Advanced Training Kitchen:

The students here are introduced to basic principles of cookery and are trained to cook food for 2 portions.

Here, the advanced level in cookery is taught and practiced. Cuisines like Mexican, Chinese, Thai and Mediterranean are prepared and skills like Ice carving, Vegetable carving, Tallow carving and BTC are imparted to the students.


The students are imparted with the fundamentals of various restaurant services and are taught with blending of alcoholic beverages .

Front Office

Students are taught to organize, perform and evaluate the front office functions which are critical to the success of a hotel.

House Keeping

The art of house keeping is taught to the students that resembles the suite of star hotels. The training also includes Bed making, Floral arrangement, cleaning and other chores.


The library is well stocked with the latest books pertaining to the discipline of subjects besides journals and tourism. It has a vast collection of project works completed by the students. The library possesses some of the best Journals and magazines related to the field of hospitality and medicine.


Paramedical Science is one of the supporting pillars of modern day therapies which become more prominent in health care sector. The provision of Lab is designed in such a way that reflects the hospital ambience where the students are exposed with practical training and nursing procedures
